The engine is an ex army Rotax with a 97.5mm Wiseco piston, the barrel has been shortened and no base gasket is used. The head uses the std 30mm Exhaust and std 34mm Inlet valves, ports are just cleaned up around the valve seat area I have machined the top of the piston so that the squish area still clears but after a season of high revs one area shows a signs of just touching the head. I use a K&N filter without an air box. |
